Feel free to introduce yourselves to the community. We are all here because we have at least one thing in common, which I am fairly sure you know what that is. So give us a chance to know who you are, what bands you like, what bands you don't like, the color of your drum sticks, the length of your hair, or whatever you feel is worth mentioning.
We here at METALSITES.net are pretty much of the old school, but everything (good) goes, but as the good old bands starting to die off, I wonder who will raise up and take their place. At this point it does look dark... but me for one will not give up. There are talented musicians out there that do great music, but they do seem to drown among todays, ehem.. Metal bands.

The Deadly Lightning is a classic metal sound band, trying to have a sound loved by favorite bands not only in intensity and pulse transmit and broadcast music and other services, timbres that speak to the soul and the heart . Do not have any illusions, what is missing from today's music scene is the music itself inspired, the machines are machines, unless you give your soul to the song, everything is plastic.
do not expect to hear the sound here of big high- end studios, noone pay us and we do not work for anyone, but with this material and resources that we have we give ourselves and our soul into every song.
If you love melodic metal sound, hard in the fast songs and soft -hard with beautiful solos in the heart ballads, if you love classic metal you're in the right place, you're free to listen to us, download our songs, love us or hate us.

So, I'm a bit puzzled as to why there's barely any posts here. I decided I'll give it a go!
I'm Breanna, and I'm merely fifteen. I'm not a fan of this ''nu-metal'' shit that modern ''metalheads'' are into, I'm into classic heavy metal and hair metal. (It really gets me upset when I tell people I like metal, and they automatically think bands like 'Black Veil Brides' and 'Bullet For My Valentine'. NO just no!) I wish I could have been alive to see Randy Rhoads play with Ozzy, Randy is a god to me. My parents are thankful for my music taste, so we go to concerts a lot. The best bands I have seen are Def Leppard, Slaughter, Scorpions, Cinderella, Motley Crue, etc. I'm dying to see Ozzy when he comes back to my area, and same goes for Iron Maiden. I'm rather short, but I tend to stick out of whatever crowd I'm in. I'm surprisingly shy when first meeting people but open up quite fast.
Did I mention I'm horrible at introducing myself?

Thanks for the brave act of introducing yourself. It wasn't a bad introduction at all, and I have to say that I am glad to read your words. There is still hope! I wild guess would be that your parents had something to do with your excellent attitude and taste in music..
The forums and the community functions are fairly new, so someone needs to throw the first stone and all that.

i am a fan of all the good ole classics and the current bands Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet For My Valentine, Black Veil Brides, Slipknot, KoRn, Marilyn Manson, etc..... many, many more!!!! i have a mixture of them all i range through alot............i am 16.......have a few good friends, i am atheist/emo.........my fav colors are black, red, neon green, grey.........red and green are the only bright colors i like i love dark colors.......anyway i joined this site because of the music and i would like to make new friends and meet new people!!!!

O.k. I'll bite, I am here to find cool metal bands from around the world I would not find here in the states. I am really tired of all the know it all ego's. just reply as if you would like to be treated. The more underground the better. lately I have been finding good symphonic bands from Russia, brutal death bands from Indonesia, and lots of recycled thrash bands from here in the states. feel free to write and give me tips on new bands you like and why.

I will do that. I am always looking for cool new bands. feel free to load me with other bands you might think are good. I am very open minded on metal. at least this site does not have stupid egos like spirit of metal still laughing that they have a 16 year old kid telling what bands exist and don"t. but that must be a French thing. Hello all y'all cool mates.
Panama is the uttemost unsung place for a rabid metalhead to live but we are trying to create our own niche of metal commandos. We have some cool metal bands with a consolidated career bulit through the years, check out for metal acts from Panama like Cabeza de Martillo, Sargon, Equinoxio, Noctrifer and Antagonized.

Thanks for share your points of view about metal acts like Black Veil Brides and so on, it is very curious but I admire so much the musician behind this emocore band, that is Rob Nicholson aka "Blasko" is an ex-Cryptic Slaughter from Santa Monica, CA. former bassist and now he is in the ranks of Rob Zombie and Ozzy Osbourne too. Curious or not, he punched out this band to be catapulted and well-known. God moves in mysterious ways ...you know, LOL.
Please, do not dismiss at any cost to post your thoughts in here, we usually try to do some feedback about any topic related to metal muzak . I do not write in here in a daily basis but, i keep my eyes often glued to this forum.
