Biography

Formed in 2003..."Skies Burn Black" consisting of four of southern California’s most diligent, genuinely talented musicians, SBB has brought the utmost brutality to these southern parts of California. Playing ferocious, technical, non-stop guitar and bass riffs JOE and KYLE have helped create the most ruthless music to ever be played in Ontario California and with nath0n on vocals, and CARLOS blasting away on drums and creating an amazing sense of solidness in the band.

SBB have shown to bring the circle pit alive over and over again! With such attributes from bands like: Decapitated, Necrophagist, Goratory, Suffocation, Gorgasm, Behemoth, Decrepit Birth...ECT, SBB have taken influence from Gods of the Underground Death Metal scene, and in 2004 SBB recorded what is now considered by many of the metalheads in the community a demo well worthy of headbanging till your neck has completely been ruptured. SBB has played many venues including shows at: "Showcase Theatre", "The Whiskey", "The Tiki Room" (to name a few) and SBB even participated in the local "Battle of the Bands" here in Ontario, California which was beyond unjustly awarded to a pathetic Emo Christian band which sent metalheads at the show into rage and disgust.

With more improvement, skill and technicality in every show and practice, and that same dedication and persistence Skies Burn Black has now, they’ll go from being a well known local Death Metal band to a solid Underground Death Metal band known by all true fans of the genre in no time.
