Biography

Hexachord are the ashes from the former band Clone, after some big changes we decided to change the band name. Hexachord is a rock/metal band but they're music can't be put in a genre. We like to label it as Triprock. All of the band members have different influences: Bram likes a lot of (old)rock music like Queen and also the Beatles. But he’s also into progressive rock like Dream Theater and Spocks Beard. Rick is our own metal dude, he likes bands like Slayer and Macabre (if it’s to loud, your to old), but also he is a big fan of the Deftones. Nobody knows what kind of music Marten likes, neither do we know if he’s really from this planet. Roelof likes metalcore, he listens to Caliban, All that Remains and Hatebreed, but also Megadeth and Metallica... With all these influences we've made our own music, that is best served loud an hard.
