Defcon 666

Final line up changes before DEFCON returns to the studio in November: As some of you may know the band will once again be entering the studio in November and December to record the follow up to the Cold War EP. The new CD entitled Everlasting Flames, also to be released on Choke Chain Records, will feature an even newer line up than previously announced as Alkala and Drug have returned to their band Project Apocalypse, DEFCON 666 now features Jack (formerly of 2nd System) on drums. Also rejoining the band is founding member Tyg on vocals who returns after a lengthy absence but sounds stronger and more hellish than ever. As guitarist Zamiel commented to me over the weekend new drummer Jack is fitting in the band quite nicely and has picked up the songs quicker than expected keeping their goal of returning to the studio right on track. The band once again will be returning to the stage in between recording sessions starting in November.
DEFCON 666 have signed a 3 record deal with Choke Chain Records. We would like to thank Bob Colton and everyone at Choke Chain Records for the opportunity, together we shall crush. The first recording, the EP "Cold War" is now available through Choke Chain off their web site at ChokeChainRecords.com
