Biography

ANANKE is a project born in the year 2002. At first the band only thought to have fun together but after 4 years the decision to get out from the anonymity. It was the May 2006, when the guys recorded their first demo, named "Trick Of The Eye". This mini-album was a test, the band wanted to know how people could consider their music. They obtained good reviews from specialized webzine in Europe (with for example the famous metal music portal www.eutk.net) and outside Europe. Ananke also released some interviews on webzines and with local radios, web radios and fanzines too. They started to promote theirselves thanks to a real "promo tour" with many live shows. The feeling with the stage ( like their natural habitat ), made them understand what ANANKE wanted: after about one year the decision to make the first album. This album will be anticipated from this "Promo 2008".

2006 - TRICK OF THE EYE (demo CD)

After a long time Ananke decide to debut with this demo (that is also a "mini-cd").
This is an abslolutely free demo.

2008 - PROMO 2008 (promo CD)

It contains 3 songs recorded at Elnor Studio of Mattia Stancioiu (Labyrinth) and vocal lines at MiLu Studio of Michele Luppi (ex Vision Divine).

2009 - DIARY OF AN ILLUSION (Full length album)

The Ananke debut album contains 12 songs recorded at Elnor Studio of Mattia Stancioiu (Labyrinth) and vocal lines at MiLu Studio of Michele Luppi (ex Vision Divine).
