Biography

Akaisha is like nothing you've ever heard or witnessed. When you ask yourself, "what the hell just happened?", then you'll know. Considered by some to be a group of 6 "sonic terrorists," they have made a name for themselves throughout their home state of Indiana. Through their agressively intense live show and unique blend of industrial samples and keyboards, grinding guitars, and jackhammer-like drums, they have risen up to become one of the premier metal bands in Indiana. Akaisha fans, known as "The Infected," crave the band's music. Once you're exposed to the music, the infection spreads inside you like a disease.

They recorded their first EP in Spring 2004. And they are in the studio again early spring 2006 to record a 3 or 4 song EP. Look for these guys to breakout in 2006.
